Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Serves as direct line supervisor in delivering data warehouses for CRM applications as well as overall development of Cockpits in coordination with the Project Leads in support of assigned applications area; reporting to the Program Manager
Reviews and guides project teams on project plans, resource management & balancing
Drives and is accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s), with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis,prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program. Ensures all standards are adhered to throughout project execution |

Qualifications/Requirements:
8-12 years of overall experience with a track record of success with solid experience with
Datawarehouse Technologies and building data marts
Technical expertise, quality of service, flexibility, and a strong understanding of the data warehousing process and features.
Strong Project Management skills including sched! uling, resource planning, estimation, impact analysis with exposure to project management tools
Previous experience in recruitment and performance management of medium sized teams
with ability to energize and motivate teams
Experience with Data Migration/ETL Tools (Informatica), Data Modeling Tools (i.e. Erwin), Reporting Tools (Business Objects ) & Dashboards (Java)
Green Belt certified
Desired:
Black Belt Certification
PMP Certification |
